I, the parent/guardian of the applicant, hereby authorize BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS PVT LTD to use the material submitted, including photographs, videos, and documents, in publications, productions, licensed merchandise, websites, or any other media for promotional or official purposes.

• Parent/Guardian Consent
I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child and give full consent for my child to participate in the Super Kids Award / Record attempt and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.

• Safety Responsibility

I understand that BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS PVT LTD will not be responsible for the safety of the participant. I, as a parent/guardian, take full responsibility for ensuring proper safety measures, supervision, compliance with government regulations, and health standards during the attempt.

• Accuracy of Information
I confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.

• Communication Consent
I authorize BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS PVT LTD to contact me using the provided contact details and agree to receive information regarding their services, updates, and promotions via calls, SMS, or email.

• Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS PVT LTD against any claims, damages, liabilities, or financial losses arising from my child’s participation in the record attempt.

• Claims and Liabilities
I accept full responsibility for any injuries, disputes, or issues involving my child before, during, or after the record attempt and agree that BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS PVT LTD shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

• Rights and Termination
BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel, reject, or terminate any record attempt in case of suspicion, malpractice, or insufficient evidence to maintain the integrity and authenticity of records.
